Shipping policy

Because items are customized, at the time of purchase, we request 7-10 business days, following receipt of payment, to process your order. However, we make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We ship via USPS and/or UPS. Tracking info will be sent to the email address you provide. Once your package has been accepted by the shipping provider, we are not responsible for mail shipping delays. 

Once shipped, please refer to the submitted tracking number for all updates. 

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.


Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

If you decide to opt-out of the Route Shipping Protection, What's The Tee Custom Creations, LLC is not responsible for delay, lost, or stolen packages. If there are damages, please take a picture and file a claim with the shipping provider. If assistance is needed, when filing a claim, feel free to reach out to me for assistance.
